These terms cover your use of scarfie.app and the Scarfie app, made by Ouira AB ("we", "us"). By using either, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@scarfie.app.
Scarfie is an iOS app that estimates how much to layer for the day's weather and recommends outfits from your own Closet for each Occasion. Weather comes from Apple WeatherKit; your Closet lives in your own iCloud account. There is no Scarfie server holding your closet data.
Signing in (with Apple or Google) is optional and only supplies your name, email and photo for the Account — it never affects what's in your Closet. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID or Google account secure.
Photos, Items, Outfits, Looks and everything else you add stay yours. We don't claim any ownership over it, and — since it's stored in your own iCloud — we have no copy of it to access, use or lose.
Scarfie Plus is an optional subscription, purchased and managed through the App Store, that unlocks more than 100 active Items and Trips. Planning future days is free for everyone, and weather information is never part of the paid tier. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple under your App Store subscription settings.
Don't use Scarfie to do anything unlawful, to interfere with the app or its weather/sync providers, or to try to access another person's Closet.
Weather forecasts and outfit Recommendations are estimates, not guarantees — Scarfie can be wrong about how warm or cold a day will feel, or about what suits an Occasion. Use your own judgement, especially for weather-sensitive plans.
Scarfie is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website, including a missed Recommendation or an inaccurate forecast.
We may update the app, this website or these terms over time. We'll update the date above whenever the terms change.
You can stop using Scarfie at any time by deleting the app; your Closet remains in your own iCloud, under your control, since we never held a copy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
